Your access to and use of the Nexoltri Technical Information Systems platform ("Service") is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Nexoltri provides digital asset management and BIM (Building Information Modeling) data integration services for civil engineering projects. The Service centralizes architectural documentation and structural sensor data to facilitate real-time collaboration between planners and construction teams.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant Nexoltri a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all data you submit.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations. Prohibited activities include uploading malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, infringing on intellectual property rights, or using the Service to store illegal content.
Fees for paid subscription plans are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Nexoltri website or the Service itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexoltri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nexoltri in the last 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
